Requirements to Become a Surrogate
Be between the ages of 20 and 39 years old
Given birth to at least one child
Must have a BMI of 33 or less
Be a U.S. citizen, valid Green Card holder, or otherwise legally reside in the U.S.
Must not use any nicotine or drugs
